Airlines, travel agents, etc. are required to post certain notices of advice to passengers on liability limitation, overbooking compensations, etc. Such notices ARE POSTED in our agency in compliance with this rule. In the spirit of the intent of these laws, we include the following:

I understand that CALDWELL TRAVEL, at my request, will act in my behalf in finding, confirming, and writing tickets or orders for transportation, lodging, and other trip and travel components. IN obtaining accommodations and facilities and services for me, they are acting as an agent for the hotels, transportation companies, tours and other services and facilities. As such agent, they have no control over the principals for whom they act. Therefore, they are not and cannot be responsible to any extent for any delay, loss, accident, or personal injury occasioned by fault or neglect of any person or company other than themselves, from whatever cause; nor are they or can they be responsible for any expenses or inconvenience caused by late arrivals and departures of trains, ships airplanes, buses, or autos, or any changes or cancellations in schedules or conditions beyond their control, including bankruptcy of any vendor. They are not responsible for loss of, or damage to any of my baggage or other personal property.

IMPORTANT!!  I also understand that CALDWELL TRAVEL has available to me to purchase, travel protection insurance which covers personal accidents, trip cancellation or interruption and baggage damage or loss. For my protection, purchase of this insurance has been recommended to me.  I have been advised by CALDWELL TRAVEL to use a credit card to pay for my trip, so I can be protected under the Fair Credit Billing Act.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

The participant may cancel his/her reservation and receives a refund as set forth in the airline/tour/cruise operators cancellation schedule. Caldwell Travel will impose a $25.00 per person cancellation fee. The fee will be charged on your credit card or deducted from your refund.

I have read and do accept that this contract and all information is accurate. I will also be responsible for all attorney fees, if collection is necessary.
