Caldwell Travel and Travel Leaders Geist is the combination of two well established travel agencies in the Indianapolis area. The company was founded in 1985 and travel is our passion. We have personally been to destinations worldwide, stayed at top-rated hotels and resorts, sailed aboard a wide range of cruise ships, and embarked on some of the most memorable tours. We use those experiences to recommend the ideal match for each client.

History
Travel Leaders Indianapolis was founded as Brookshire Travel & Tan in 1985 and has achieved growth and success over the past 35 years. The company is the largest independently owned travel management company in Central Indiana.
Tom Dusing, President/CFO purchased the agency in 1992 after spending 12 years in the Hotel Industry with both Marriott and Hyatt Hotels. Under his leadership, the company has acquired 4 Indianapolis area travel agencies and developed expertise in vacation, business, and meetings and incentive travel which form the foundation for the business as it is today.
